pour ma part, je pense que responsabiliser les pêcheurs avec un carnet de prélèvement comme pour la chasse a la bécasse et un quota maximum non seulement par jour, mais également par année pourrait être étudié.
personnellement je garde une vingtaine de truites par an pour ma consommation personnelle, cependant je ne serais pas déçu si un quota maximum de 10 poissons par an tombait, au contraire je pense que les gens sélectionneraient mieux leur prises, et prendraient plus conscience de l’effet bénéfique que pourrait avoir de telles dispositions.
il est grand temps de changer nos habitudes…
